The night was a great success & collectively we raised just over £2500.

To those of you that bought raffle tickets, but won’t there on the night, please check with any member of staff to find out if you are a winner.

• Due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to make some adjustments to the dates for the next rounds of the tournament. Please refer to the “Dates for your diary” document.
• The matches for the 1^st time losers taking part in the TicketyBoo plate have now been drawn and are attached.
• Will you please review the 2 “Orders of Play” documents to see when you are scheduled to play the next rounds of the tournament.
• All players are encouraged to bring their games forward to a time to suit their opponents. All players are requested to keep the club informed of all rescheduled matches and also update the “Draw Charts” in the clubhouse with the results of all matches.

We draw your attention to the special rules at the bottom of the “Order of Play” document relating to the timing of the games. Our policy is to schedule the games to a defined schedule to encourage prompt conclusions of each round, but we have included the ability for individual players to change dates and times to suit themselves.
